How subscriptions renew
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled unless checkout says otherwise for a specific purchase. The billing cadence, price, and related Stripe details shown during checkout control for that order.
Some users may see alternate billing configurations or limited-time offers in checkout. If that happens, the terms shown in checkout and on the Stripe billing surface for that purchase control.
How cancellation works
You can cancel through the billing tools available in the product. ClipHorizon's current cancellation flow schedules cancellation for the end of your then-current paid period, which means your subscription remains active until that period ends unless a specific flow says otherwise.
Downgrades, nonpayment, and access changes
Plan changes do not all behave the same way:
- .Some downgrades may change paid access sooner than the next renewal date if that is how the product flow is configured at the time of change.
- .If payment fails, a charge is reversed, a billing dispute is opened, or Stripe cannot continue processing payment, ClipHorizon may limit, suspend, downgrade, or end access to paid features or paid credits.
If you are unsure how a change will affect your current plan, contact support before making the change.
Credits and top-ups
ClipHorizon uses credits for many analysis features. Subscription credits and one-time purchased credits may be treated differently inside the product. Credit usage is shown in-product at the time you use a feature, and credit pack details are shown during purchase.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable. ClipHorizon may restore credits or issue refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service-side failures that prevented a paid analysis from completing properly.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support and include the email address on your account and any relevant billing details.
